Jason is the President and CEO of TopSourced Talent, LLC. He has over 20 years of experience working with C-Suite Executives and Management level candidates in the Accounting, Finance, IT, HR and Operations areas. His industry experience includes: manufacturing, distribution, technology, software, consumer products, food & beverage, healthcare, retail, restaurant, as well as PE and VC backed companies. 

Jason partners with his clients not only to define the specific needs and technical skills for each search, but he also gains an understanding about the company’s overall business structure, culture, and objectives. This enables him to ensure the best fit for both clients as well as candidates and helps streamline the process—leading to better results.
